I need to upload image files/send information about my design. What do I do?

If a file was missed during the ordering process, you can upload it here.
If you need to send details only, simply fill out the form without adding a file.

Can I change my design?

A design can be changed as long as production has not started.

Email us at info@laserlabproducts.com as soon as possible. Include your name and the order number. You can attach the new design to the email, or upload it here. (Note that changes may extend the order completion time.)

I don't know what design to pick. Can you help me with ideas?

Of course! We have a library with thousands of images to choose from. We will help with wording, placement, you name it. We'll design something you love!

I'm having issues placing an order.

If you're having trouble placing an order, try refreshing the page or checking payment details. If the issue persists, email info@laserlabproducts.com with a description of the problem, including any error messages. Assistance will be provided as soon as possible to complete the order.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

We do! There are bulk discount options on each product, and you will see the appropriate discount applied in your cart.

If you have questions about larger orders, submit a custom quote form to receive an estimate.

How long will it take to complete my order?

Order completion time depends on product availability and requested customization, but most are completed within 5 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies based on the method chosen and your location. Most orders will be sent either USPS or UPS Ground. A tracking number will be sent when the order ships. Upgraded shipping is available for purchase, however please remember that DOES NOT include processing time. For shipping questions, email info@laserlabproducts.com.

I'd like to return or replace my order.

If an order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@laserlabproducts.com as soon as possible, including the order number, issue description, and photos. Instructions for return or replacement will be provided.

I'd like to cancel my order.

To cancel an order, email info@laserlabproducts.com with the order number as soon as possible. Custom orders already in production will have limited cancellation options.
